Get a 'just married' sign and small flowers like carnations to put all over the car. If you go to a local party store you will likely be able to find these, as well as decals for the car that show a bride and groom.

There are the classic cans on a string and the puffy plastic balls. Other than that I recommend putting photos in the windows. Of course it is always best when it is a surprise.

Toilet paper is always the best one to start out with. You could also use shaving cream or soap to write on the windows.

i would start with flower all over the car you make them out of tissue.they rope with cans old shoes and anything funny hanging from the rope at the back of the car. you could used rubbers to decorate it and underwears man an womans and inside wine glass rose pedal and hersey kiss all over
