Place a cloth on your shoulder closest to the pitcher and rest your chin on it. As the pitch is delivered or as you begin your practice swing, conciously make an effort to keep the cloth pinned to your shoulder using your chin and follow through with your swing. This drill will assist you in keeping your hips closed.

Hold the baseballs in each hand as if palming them. Move your arms in full circles. This is allowing you to over rotate your arms so you have more flexibility.

the Rocker-Pivot-Lift drill is a good drill to get a balanced position before delivery by not allowing the pitcher to over-rotate. Also the stride drill is helpful to maintain the direction of the foot when it lands. During the stride drill you want to land on your feet pointed inwards 10-15 degrees while maintaining a good base.

Take a baseball in each hand and move them in a big circle as if you were getting ready to cock your arm back for an actual throw.
