Not nessecarily, you can eat yogurt, berries, nuts, vegetables, whole grains and beans to help you bulid muscle. Protein is ideal for faster muscle building.

I'm going to tell you some foods that build your muscles. One of them is milk. It is really healthy for you and another is eggs. They make your muscles grow. Bread is very healthy that is the main one of the most important ones.
