What are some foods rich in calcium?

My doctor says I need more calcium in my diet.

All diary products provide a good source of calcium. This includes milk, hard and soft cheese, yogurt and even ice cream. Leafy green vegetable such as broccoli, kale, spinach and mustard greens provide calcium as well. Whole grains also contain calcium so whole wheat/grain break are better choices that white bread.

There is quite a variety of foods in this category: Milk, yogurt, cheese. Salmon, tofu, brussel sprouts, spinach, peas and broccoli. Almonds, sesame seeds to name but a few.

Dairy products tend to be high in calcium. Good choices would be milk, yogurt, or cottage cheese. Calcium can also be gained through eating many types of beans and nuts.

Pretty much, anything dairy such as cheese, milk, yogurt and ice cream. Make yourself a yogurt smoothie, use milk and yogurt and fruit, nice breakfast.

Spinach is one that comes to mind. Also almost all dairy products has calcium in them as well. As do most soy milks. One way you could up your calcium intake is with calcium pills.
