There are many alkaline foods. Most are green vegetables. Some vegetables that are alkaline are cabbage, lettuce, cauliflower, onion, peas, spinach, green beans, celery, broccoli, kale, cucumber, radish, asparagus, chives, turnip, leaks, watercress, artichokes, garlic, carrot and wheatgrass. Fruits that are alkaline include avocado, tomato, lemon, lime, grapefruit and watermelon

Some are red cabbage, onion, lettuce as well as most veggies. Also most seeds and nuts are considered alkaline foods as well. Sesame, flax, sunflower, and pumpkin are just a few to name. There are also many fruits, and drinks that are considered as alkaline foods as well. Green drinks, and vegetable drinks are examples.
