What are some "at home" methods of telling if I'm pregnant?

I'd like to know before I go to the doctor.

Those are your typical pregnancy symptoms-absense of menstrual periods or light unexpected bleeding, nausea, vomiting (especially in the mornings), aversion to certain smells or foods that never happened before, engorgement and tenderness of breast, unusual constant fatigue, tiredness, and feeling sleepy. Also you may experience frequency in urinating. In any case, it is best to check with your doctor

A pregnancy test is a good way. They even sell them in the dollar store these days. For a dollar, they really do work. A missed period is a classic sign. Nausea and morning sickness are among the earlier signs of pregnancy. Taking more trips to the bathroom, tiredness/exhaustion and breast tenderness are also signs.

There is nothing that I have heard of that you can do with anything like laying around the house. I would suggest getting a pregnacy test.

The easiest and very accurate way of doing this is to purchase a home pregnancy test. You can usually get two tests for around twenty dollars - sometimes you can get them very cheaply at a dollar store.
