Normal values vary depending on the time of day and the most recent meal. Normal is 82 to 110 mg/dl, After a meak with a carbohydrate load it can spike up to 140mg/dl. The American Diabeter Association recommends less that 180 mg/dl after a meal, and 90-130 mg/dl before a meal.
