When anyone is given notice they must give you at least two months notice, this is the law for any tenant.

Rights and responsibilities go hand in hand. You have the right to be notified of the eviction process. If you have failed in your responsibilities, your rights are limited.

When you entered the home you made a contract that states all your rights and expectations. Read, or have a lawyer read through to find out your right.

As a displaced individual within society, it is the duty of the group home to mold/guide me into the individual that I need to be to succeed in life.

If you live in a group home, you must have a social worker. She will be able to assist you on your problem.
