Fathers have rights even when divorced from the mother. The father can have access to the child's school records, and he can demand a hearing about custody changes/issues. Unless there is a restraining order against him, the father has the right to see his children at regular intervals.

In Florida, if the mother doesn't agree to the identity of the father he must take a paternity test. Passing gives both parents the grounds to sue for custody or child support and to be considered in certain decisions regarding the child. Your insurance can also apply to the child.

Well first things is that you have the right to see the child. In FLorida, you have the same rights as the mother in parenting plans and things.

Your rights are that no one should interfere with you and you should not interfere with anyone else. People can't take from you and you can't take from them.
