Your chances depend upon health, pitching mechanics, throwing speed, agility and dexterity. You need to be drafted first or find a farm team and get recognized

Odds are, you will have to get a scholorship, although, you could try out, and hope you get on as a walk on. A lot of college baseball teams will hold open tryouts, so if you are good, you have a decent chance at playing, and perhaps, receiving a scholorship down the road.

Pitching in college isn't as hard as you think. As long as you throw hard, someone will want you. D1 schools obviously need more than a fastball.
