Your chances of getting pregnant four weeks after birth are VERY high, they are high for the first six weeks.

There's a good chance since most women ovulate 4-6 weeks after delivery. You should take preventative measures to avoid a second pregnancy so soon. Use condoms because birth control can absorb into your breast milk. Doctors suggest avoiding sex for 6 weeks in order for vaginal tissue to heal.

Not very high, as they don't usually release you to have sex until the sixth week after birth. Even lower if you are breastfeeding.

It's not extremely likely, especially if you are breastfeeding your newborn, but it's possible. If you are not nursing, your period and your fertility will return quickly after having a baby so you should use some form of birth control if you do not want to get pregnant again right away.
