Depending on your area and if it is a dealer or an independent mechanic. The going rate is between $50-$85 and hour and this would be about a 6-8 hour job as least. I would say a fair estimate to remove and install a transmission on your vehicle would be $500-600, maybe a bit more if it's 4X4.

It depends on if the transmission is included in the price or if you are just paying for labor. It also depends on if it is AWD. I'd guess $500

It depends on the year of the truck and if the work is being done at a ford dealer. the dealer will charge more then a regular shop will.
