Supplement their diet with a stabilised vitamin C tablet (10-30 mg per day) like Oxbow Daily C. Red peppers (green slightly less so), parsley, strawberries, kale and oranges are also good sources of vitamin C and can be fed along with leaf lettuce daily to provide a varied diet.

Bell peppers, Parsley, Kale, Oranges, Strawberries and Broccoli (as a rare treat) can be added to your pigs daily salad as they are high in vitamin C. You should also give your pigs vitamin c tablets (like oxbow daily C) as a supplement to their diet.

There are lots of sources that could be good in this area. A few of these are Broccoli, parsley and kale. There is also Vitamin C in guinea pig food that you buy for them. Another option is drops and other things that can be supplemented in the food for them.
