Each year the days Disney considers peak time changes. If you call to book your trip they will tell you. One of the best times to visit Disney is the first week in September right after labor day when most kids are back in school. I also found that the week before Thanksgiving week is also not crowded.

Especially busy times at Disney World include Presidents Day Weekend, school spring breaks- usually mid-March through mid-April, Thanksgiving weekend, and the week between Christmas and New Years.

In the summer it's always the busiest because the kids are out of school. I heard a rumor that Sat and Sun are less busy because people are leaving.

Peak times are generally during the summer and holidays because it's vacation time. If you want to avoid the peak days you must travel during school time.

Some of the peak days are President's week in February, Christmas week to New Year's, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day weekend. These correspond to school children's vacation days.

Disney World's peak days are Saturday, Sunday, Monday and any holiday. The busiest holidays are Easter, the 4th of July, Christmas and New Years. On these holidays, the parks, especially the Magic Kingdom, are typically "Phased", which are different levels of closures. The best days to go are non-holiday Tuesdays through Fridays.

Disney World's peak days does heavily depend on the park. Magic Kingdom peak days are Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Epcot is Tuesday and Saturday. Hollywood Studios is Wednesday and Sunday.

Try to avoid summer and school holidays. This will be the slowest time, though I find it is always peak time there.

Weekends and holidays, I think, are Disney World's peak days. So as yourself may have known, the best time to visit Disney World are on weekdays. Or if it is possible, you can visit other countries' disney world. Because I think summer vacation and winter vacation time are different in different countries.
