There is only one theory of evolution. The confusion about multiple theories may arise from the fact that a scientific theory is the best model which stands up to scientific tests that explains all the information gathered. As new information is found, or additional testing reveals flaws, the model is either updated (or scrapped entirely).

The primary theory of evolution is called natural selection. Some consider creationism to be an alternate theory, but scientists don't.
