800cc decribes the cubic capacity, or size of the engine. Larger engine size can mean more speed or power, but not always.

cc is short for cubic centimeter displacement of the engine (the bigger the cc the more power) a 1000 engine is one liter, so a 800cc motorcycle is a bike with a. 8 liter engine

Well that would be any motorcycle that has an engine measuring 800 cubic centimeters of displacement. However some bike manufacturer use round displacement numbers up and down. It refers to the volume of the engine cylinders. The bigger the volume the more potential for power.

For an engine, "cc" describes volume, basically it is the amount of fuel that can be burned in a cylinder at a time. The larger the "cc" the more power.
