Females usually quit growing taller around the age of sixteen. By the age of eighteen, it is highly unlikely that there will be anymore growth in height. Your twin may always be taller than you or you might surpass her with a growth spurt if you are still relatively young.

Girls stop growing around the age of 18. After puberty has run it's course, girls usually slow down and stay around the same height.
