If you are certain she is straight, you need to back off. It will hurt your friendship if you proceed. If not, gently broach the subject over a long period.

If she is truly straight, then you can never have the relationship that you want with her. Making a move will risk your friendship; you need to proceed very carefully. Feel her out to see if she has any curiousity or thoughts of being with a woman; if not, then it is probably hopeless and you need to move on.
