Grain storage insects may be beetles, moths or flies (and others). Regardless of the type you first must remove infested food. Then clean affected areas like your cabinets or pantry. It must be very clean because they can feed off of even small amounts of food. Freezing or refrigerating flour and other dry goods may also help.

If it's eating enough food to notice then it's probably more than one bug, but of the same species. To get rid of them just keep your house really clean and leave no food out. Or you can call an exterminator.

Your question is too vague to answer with certainy. Most likely you have a cockroach infestation. Get rid of all scrap food lying around and apply poison to get rid of them.

I had the same problem with a little guy named P-nut. He always got into the food we had hidden away... finally we were able to get rid of him by hiding the toilet paper. After a few days he just wandered off.
