Gargling with warm salt water can sometimes help with a swollen mouth. Put about two teaspoons in a glass of warm water, gargle, and spit it out.

A swollen inner cheek is most likely due to having been bit. If the swollen area is below the surface, it may be due to a submucosal cyst or fibroma. If the swelling does not go away on its' own in 3 -4 days, visit your dentist or an oral surgeon. Most of these lesions are benign and resolve.

This can result from injury, infection, or an allergy. If it does not subside in a day or gets so bad you have trouble breathing, go to the hospital.

Put ice packs on the outside of your cheek. You will probably need an antibiotic as it sounds like you have and acute parotitis which is an acute inflammatory response to bacterial infection of the paratid gland. This is just a temporary condition. Go see a doctor and get that antibiotic.
