Remember, your period is about one week a month, too long! If you didn't workout during this time it could potentially throw you off track permanently. Yes, you definitely should.

Yes, you should do some light exercise, particularly cardio, throughout your entire pregnancy to keep yourself fit and minimize your weight gain. This will also make you stronger for delivery and put you in a position for speedier weight loss after delivery.

There is no physical set back why you shouldn't but obviously if you aren't feeling well, I wouldn't push your body.

Working out during your period is actually recommended, as the endorphins released should ease cramps, I just wouldn't recommend doing exercises like crunches or things that stress your stomach muscles. Cardio however would be good.
