Yes, I think you should, especially if your dog groomer is not independently employed. Think of it as a dog salon. You tip your hairdress, don't you? A couple dollars are probably sufficient.

You can, however it is not expected. If the groomer has done an exceptional job (ie. squeezing your appointment in) than you may consider it. A proper tip would be a few dollars should you decide to do so. If you use the same groomer multiple times, consider giving them a holiday gift at Christmas instead.

If you feel that it's needed you can tip them. However you don't need to. Only do it if you think they did a good job.

Yes, of course. Approximately 15% of the amount you have spent over the year. If something special has been done make it more like 20%.
