Should you send thank you cards from a baptism?

They gave gifts.

Sending Thank You cards to attendees at a Baptism is not normally done with the exception of thanking the Godparents or their "stand-ins". The typical Baptism is not accompanied by gift-giving, but if some of your Baptism attendees do provide gifts, then Thank You cards are certainly called for and are appropriate.

Yes. Proper etiquette is to send a thank your card to whomever has given you a gift. It does not matter what the occasion or holiday is. The right thing to do is to simply send the gift giver a nice thank you card or note for their kindness and gift.
