The kittens may have worms. A vet may need to check them out. Mostly, though, their digestive tracts are immature and usually the soft stools will firm up later.
Kittens usually have softer stool than adult cats, particularly because of their soft, partially liquid diet. It couldn't hurt to take the kitten and a stool sample to the vet.
