I think that minors should be home before curfew. I know that curfew where I live is 11 pm and that seems a little late. I don't see why it's necessary for children to be out without a chaperone that late.
Kids should be allowed after 10:00 p. m. if they are responsible and are chaperoned by adults. Kids out on the streets by themselves is dangerous for themselves and for the neighborhood.
