Should I worry about uneven enamel on baby teeth?

Uneven enamel surfaces on baby teeth are only a problem if it is a sign of very thin spots in the enamel, increasing the risk of cavities. If there is only minor discoloration, as sometimes occurs with inhaled steroid use for asthma treatments, then there is no risk or harm.

No,but I would start a good brushing routine. I would follow dental guildlines for children regarding juice and milk,brush daily. Follow up with a dentist or child primary care doctor.

Worry is probably too strong, but you should keep an eye on it. Many things can cause problems with enamel on baby teeth, usually nothing serious, but you might also want to have your dentist take a look at it.

Not really, but the child should be seen by a regular dentist. It might be nothing but it should be looked at.
