Ginger is good for many things, but is primarily good for indigestion, motion sickness, and morning sickness, etc. There is really no need to take it with vitamins unless you get a nauseated feeling when taking vitamins which can happen if you are new to taking vitamins. Prenatal vitamins have ginger in them already for that purpose.

It also has been found to possibly reduce the occurrances of kidney damage due to diabetes in rats.
