Of course. You will test negative for the pregnancy if you had done and IUD. An Intra Uterine Device is a small T shaped device inserted through the cervix and placed in the uterus to avoid pregnancy. So you would definitely test negative for a pregnancy test after an IUD

Even though IUD is the best pregnant control, when with an IUD some will get pregnant. Your IUD fibers has to be checked at least once a year by gynecologists periodically and When you are with IUD, if you feel symptoms as you had with your previous pregnancies, like nausea, freq, urination, headaches, emotional sensitivity etc, go to check up.

A pregnancy test just determines the level of a pregnancy hormone. Pregnancy can occur while you have one although this is unlikely.
