MRI may be able to shed some light and help to identify some small mass lesion or microcalcific spots which might have missed by the ultrasound or mammogram but it will provide a conclusive diagnosis. If there is lump or nodularity palpable,it is beeter to have a needle test[FNAC] which will give an accurate diagnosis.

I would just leave it alone. The only way that you should keep testing is if you feel a concern for the matter and your doctor reccomends it for you.

Yes. Inconclusive means I don't know. So prevention is best. It is always easier to know then leave it alone. The MRI is not going to hurt you. It can be very definative. I am sure your DR. would agree that if it is something and it may not be. To deal with it early.
