Does the lump hurt? It is said that cancer lumps do not hurt when touched. In any case, you should get it checked by a doctor.

A lump on inner labia is most likely to be a Bartholin Cyst generally filled with sebum, pus, fluid or any other infection especially Ecoli infection or infection transmitted by the sexual partner. Best way to treat such cyst is by I & D under general anesthesia. Consult Gynecologist immediately.

This is something that should be checked by a doctor. It is most likely a cyst, but it could be something more serious. A cyst can create discomfort and can enlarge when irritated. This is something that you can have removed by a doctor if it does not go away on its own.
