I would call your physician and ask him or her. It is better to get a professional opinion, than to trust results on the internet. If you have a fever seek medical attention immidiately, as well as if there are any other symptoms. Clean the area as well, and refrain from touching the spot.

I think this is something you should at least go to a doctor about this. You've already asked if you should be concerned- making this question says you already are.

If you have been bitten, refrain from touching or scratching the area. Clean the area thoroughly with soap and warm water at least twice per day. If you begin to show signs of infection (redness, puss, fever), seek medical attention immediately.

It seems like you have been bit by some kind of spider. Usually spider bites leave a reddish spot and seem to heal over and off course peels.

Assuming that you haven't had any fever or other symptoms you don't need to race to the hospital, but you should certainly have it checked out ASAP.

I think you need not worry about that, sometimes when you apply peroxide, that thing usually happens. But in some rare cases, it may point to bigger problems like ulcerative colitis since this kind of disease leads to conditions such as that and so have it ckecked by a doctor.

This doesn't sound all that great. You might want to go see a doctor just to be make sure it's nothing serious.
