The color of the poop depends on what he eats mainly, as long as you do not see any other symptoms it should not be a concern.

The white bowel movement could be caused from something your dog ate, such as a chew toy or bone. If it's just once, probably don't worry about it.

To give you an answer, you need to provide more information. Is the poop white as the dog is defecating or is it in the yard. Often, older poop will turn white due to mold or plants growing on it. If the dog is defecating white, then the dog may be passing a foreign body. Seek a vet's advice.

Yes you should be you should get the dog to the vet right away that is nor normal unless the dog ate a large amount of white chalk or some kind of dye. But either way it can be very hazardous to the dogs health and you should have th eanimal checked out right away.

Dog stool that is discolored is often from food coloring or dietary indiscretion (table scraps, paper, etc. ). Parasites or a disesed pancreas can cause abnormal stools as well. My best advice is to take your dog and a fresh stool sample into your veterinarian to rule out any serious problems.

Yes. Pay attention to what your dog is eating. If he or she is inside most of the time, this should be easy. If he or she is outside, put him or her in a kennel for a day or two where you can control what he or she eats.
