Yes. If for no other reason than when they are illegal, they still happen in about the same numbers, but women end up dying. Preventing unwanted pregnancies works best.

In my opinion, yes, because of the consequences if it is not legal. However, it should not be subsidized by those who do not support it. In addition, adoption should be encouraged for those who cannot or will not raise their own children. Stronger requirements for contraception should be in place for those who have multiple children they cannot support.

I believe abortions should be legal. A person should be able to make the choice of whether they feel abortion to be morally right or not; the government should not pass a law to make that decision for them.

I think abortion should be legal within reason. I think that if the child was done during a threat against the woman such as nonconsensual relations, should be allowed to decide if she wants it. The only other reason for an abortion in my eyes is if the mother or the child's life is in danger.

Abortions should not be legal because life begins at conception and the fetus is a human being. Abortion destroys the lives of future teachers, doctors, laborers, mothers, fathers and government officials. Instead of abortions, adoptions are a better choice because this lets the child grow up in a home where he will receive love from couples who want children.
