My tummy hurts and my head hurts and my body aches. Do I have the Flu?

It definitely sounds like the flu, but it could be one of many kinds of viruses. Many different viruses cause these symptoms. It could also be some kind of inflammation.

Most likely, the most common sickness that would lead to those symptoms is the flu. However, it could be something more severe; chances are that it is the flu and will be gone in a few days. Good Luck.

Anthrax also presents with similar symptoms. So if you have opened any random packages or if you live around sheep that is also a (highly unlikely) possibility.

Those sound like they could be symptoms of the flu. Generally you will have aches and pains, fever, weakness, and loss of appetite with the flu. If you go to your doctor, he can give you a test and tell you for sure. In the meantime, get some rest!

You can have the flu or a stomach virus. You could have a viral or bacterial infection. It could be food poisoning but that usually has vomiting too. It could be a urinary tract infection too. If your symptoms continue you should see a Dr. so it doesn't get worse and so you would have some kind of confirmation.
