My mobile home's air conditioner is low on coolant. How do I service it?

Unless you are a licensed heating and air conditioning person, you cannot replace low coolant anymore, due to the dangerous impact freon has on the environment. You must call a licensed technician that can trap and dispose of the old coolant legally, and replace it with fresh coolant, also legally.

Contact a heating and cooling specialist. Refrigerants are very dangerous and must be handled by a professional. The should be able to inspect and charge the system for you for a small fee.

If you have this air conditioner in site I would get some more coolant and put it in the device.
