My girlfriend is starving herself - what can I do?

She never eats and she exercises all the time. I can't stand to see her like this.

Take her out to dinner, talk to her, and if that does not work then try talking to her parents and let them know that you are very concerned about her.

She obsessed with beauty... you should compliment her personallity instead of her image... If that is afecting her health say that if she continues doing that you will leave her.

I would get her to a doctor ASAP. He might suggest an Psychologist. She needs help, there is probably a underlying problem that she has not come to terms with.

This is called anorexia. This is a medical and psychological condition. If she is under 18, discuss this with her parents. If over 18, get her to see a doctor.

I would recommend seeing if she is willing to go to counselling. If not, then perhaps get her friends and family to help you (perhaps an intervention). This is a disease, and it needs to be treated as such.

These can be the symptoms of a serious mental illness, like anorexia. Unfortunately, one of the other symptoms is that the women who have it don't believe that they do. You need to express your concerns to her, and encourage her to get treatment, although she may refuse.

You are rigth to worry. If you think sh will be resistant to help, you may want to consult a professional to help stage an intervention. If she has family, contact them as well for help. She may have a history of anorexia or bulimia, and I'm sure they will want to help if she has relapsed.
