My finger was cut. Then I put it into water that contained HIV. Can HIV transmit to me?

There is most likely not enough HIV in the water for you to contract the virus from some little contact. Even though the likelihood of you getting HIV from that is low I would still get tested regularly to be certain.

If you are talking about water that contains someone's bodily fuilds with HIV, then, technically, there is a small chance that you can contract HIV this way. Typically, the HIV virus dies within a few minutes of coming into contact with air.

Not likely. The virus would be highly diluted, compared to infected blood. One viral particle of HIV is not enough to cause an infection.

No you cannot get HIV this way. The HIV virus cannot survive in the water and thus cannot be transmitted to you.
