My ex-wife is 66 and receives $800 a month alimony from my Social Security. Does it change when she starts receiving her benefits?

That depends on certain factors. If the spousal support is what is considered "permanent support" then the amount will most likely not change. You may be able to pay less support if that is not the case but it will not be a deduction that is considered dollar for dollar.

You will have to go back to court to get that changed, but yes it is possible. As circumstances and income change post divorce, alimony payments can also be modified to reflect those changes.
