My dog's stomach looks bloated, what can I do for him?

If the dog is healthy and active it may be that he has eaten something and looks bloated. But if has gone some time maybe is something serious like Torsion. It is better to take him to the vet so that he can take blood test and take other action.

Your dog may be pregnant if female and unfixed or may have over eaten. There are any number of other possible causes that may require an expert's opinion. If you cannot figure out why your dog has these symptoms then you should take your dog to a veteranrian and let the vet's experise work for you.

Your dog needs to be seen by a vet immediately! Bloat can often lead to torsion or a twisting of the stomach which is fatal if not treated right away. This is also quite painful to the dog.

Take him to the vet, he may have a condition where the intestine turns inside out and it is called bloat. It can kill a dog.

Best thing to do is to take him to a vet. Things you can do before you see a vet is change his food and see if that helps.

It can be constipated or something more dangerous. My first advice would be to take him to a vet and have him checked out.

Your dog may be bloated due to his diet, change his diet and see if that helps. Also, rub his tummy.
