If you suspect your dog has pancreatitis, the best thing you can do is take the dog to an emergency animal hospital or its regular veterinarian. This should be done immediately as this condition is considered life threatening and cannot be treated with home remedies. Most likely, the dog will receive liquids intravenously and carefully monitored.

First, take your dog to the vet if you have not. They can provide medicines to help with the situation. Monitor your dogs diet and how they respond to it.

Well if your dog has pancreatitis that means that your dog is over weight. I am guessing that you have already confirmed this fact with your doctor. Your dog's doctor should prescribe him with a diet prescription. Basically, controlling your dog's diet will best the best cure. Make sure the diet is low in fats

Pancreatitis is very serious, and your dog needs to be treated by a vet. A diet change and medication will be given to treat this.
