You should take him to the vet immediately if not sooner. He has all the symtoms of a widespread, serious, life threatening infection.

You should take your dog to the vet. Anytime your dog has a long fever like that you should take them to the vet regardless of the other symptoms. Though that vomiting doesn't help my nervousness either.

I would definitely recommend bringing your dog to the vet. The symptoms he is experiencing are varied and should be taken care of by someone who is trained in veterinary medicine and who knows what it going on; testing can also be done, if necessary, on your dog in order to find out why he is feeling so awful.

This could be a serious problem. You should take him to the vet immediately. He could have ingested a poisonous substance that you didn't see him eat.
