You should see your vet, immediately, if this has persisted. If washing, topical treatment and bandaging hasn't helped, you need veterinarian treatment, this can lead to serious infection. Failure to seek treatment is actionable under law, your pet can be seized and leave you open to prosecution, and I'm sure you really mean the best for your buddy.

Clean the area, disinfect it with peroxide, apply an antibacterial ointment, then wrap in in a durable bandage. Daily, at least, replace bandage.

To treat an open sore on a dog's paw one can use bandages like dog booties or paw wax. For severe injuries, the dog should be taken to a veterinarian.

make sure you clean it out with warm soapy water and do this at least twice a day until the sore closes up.
