A circuit in the panel shorted out which can be hard to isolate. You can try replacing some of the gauges/lights but you'll likely have to have it serviced

Check for a blown fuse first. Next disconnect the battery. Then take a hair dryer and dry the area on low heat to dry out the dash.

Well it sounds light you short some stuff out. Unless the bulbs just blew you might need to replace the whole dash panel panel or maybe just some switches.

You should take the car in to have it fixed. I thin that is the only thing you can really do. But it might be unfixable because of the water damgage, but only a professional can tell you for sure. If it can be fixed. You should take it in and have someone look at it.

Once again our southern brothers have solved this problem many times with a flashlight and a few wraps of duct tape around the rear view mirror.
