My cat has some kind of worm in a cyst on its back. What can I do to remove it.

I can't afford the vet.

It's probably a cuterebra, which is a parasite. Part of pet ownership is proper medical care for the animal. If you can't afford the vet, you can't afford the cat. Work something out with the vet OR find a proper home that can provide the treatment the cat desperately needs.

Is sounds like a cutereba, a nasty parasite. Your cat needs medical attention. There's not much you can do to remove it AND make sure it heals without abscessing. Borrow the money or work something out with the vet. do so asap. And get that cat neutered, too.

You cat must be dewormed immediately! Worms pose several serious threats to your cats health, there are no effective home remedies. Unfortunately a visit to the vet is unavoidable.
