My body doesn't seem to like food. I feel nauseated. What's wrong?

It's painful for me to eat.

The most likely cause of pain and nausea when attempting to eat is a viral intestinal infection which just has to run it's course. If symptoms persist seek medical attention.

It can stem from a number of possibilities such as lack of sleep, stress, anxiety and in some cases depression. For example, one day I was in the middle of making toast, someone told me a terrible story and I instantly lost my apetite, prior to my hunger beforehand.

It this happens all the time I would say you have a food allergy like wheat, dairy, soy, etc. It takes time to figure this out and google food allergies.
