My Badger 5 garbage disposal runs manually and works fine, but won't start. Is it worth repairing?

I guess it would break down again as it did the same thing to me. You should get a new one now.

If the warranty is still current, go ahead and fix it. Since it runs manually, you can use it until you decide whether to buy a new one.

I too, have had problems with my unit. My two year warranty brought the Badger company to my house and they repaired it, but two weeks later, it was broken again. I would stay away from badger company and not bother trying to fix it.
