My AS-CUS pap results in 01/10. AS-CUS results in 06/10 + positive for HPV Types:18,39,45,59,68. Should I be worried?

My mom was diagnose with IIB Cervical cancer 09/15/09, has now restaged to IVB.

Talk to you doctor. Why would you rely on strangers with no medical background to give you information on this important matter? Talk to your doctor.

I thought maybe someone has had similar results/situation. And maybe some of the people that use this site fo have a medical background, how do you know they don't?  add a comment

I think i would be a little worried and for my own piece of mind have more tests done or get a second opinion

You should discuss these results with your primary care physician. He/she is best qualified to explain the results. Your doctor will also be able to talk with you about the likelihood of developing cervical cancer.
