Definitely check with your pediatrician. There could be a reflux issue related to the internal anatomy of your infant, which thankfully can correct with time. But do check with doctor!

Put them on the brat diet, bananas, rice, apples and toast. Limit the amount of milk that you give them as it takes the body longer to digest it and they will not get the nutriatns needed. The key is to keep them hydrated.

Is the child gaining weight and developing normally? Is it a bit of dribble after feeds or is it projectile vomiting? Is it always right after meals? Have you introduced new foods? It could be just a nuisance or a true medical problem. You should take your concerns to your physician, especially if the child is not gaining weight.

Not medical advice: consult with your pediatrician and remember to keep your child hydrated. At 7 months old give small amounts of pedialyte possible a teaspoon every 30 min or so to make sure he/she can hold it down. Keep watch to see if your child becomes sleepy/lethargic these are sign of severe dehydration seek medical help immediately.
