Don't worry. Slowly it will recover. First you find the problem and the reasons for happening and concern the doctor. And don't allow her to do games, dancing,skipping.. etc. And provide very better food which give strength. Daily its better doing the massage with oil. And then follow the suggestions given by Doctor. She will be recovered within a few days.

It is possible that your daughter is experiencing growing pains or that she has used a muscle in her leg that was otherwise not used!

Your 5-year -old daughter probably has growing pains. Growing pains happen between the ages of 3 and 12 years old. Massaging the leg might help but as always see a doctor to be sure.

Many young children get what are called by some as "growing pains", which they gat at night. This is just your child growing, and some children have a better way of handling pain so they dont feel it.
