No, this can be perfectly normal. Every baby is different and some take longer than others. What one baby may excel at another may not. Talk to your baby!

Your baby may be fine but just in case, have the baby tested (hearing loss, etc. ). If there is a problem, the sooner you get it addressed, the better.

Not at all, every child is going to develop on different levels and at different times. Speak to your child slowely.

It is normal for some children to start babbling when they are six months old. So, there is nothing much to worry here. However, you may consult some child specialist.
